Was left feeling like a one-off customer. Out of state, meant it was a chore of more to do for your team. Started with advertising one thing, but then adding other items not advertised. Had many different people contacting and responding without knowing who of if they actually worked for your company. I specifically asked about floor mats, since no pictures were shown, yet the factory ones were missing. The vehicle is what I wanted, just not close to where I live. Sorry it caused your people to do a little bit more work, but it did cause me to spend more than I planned as well.

Good overall experience. Edsen, Bryan Goday, and Eric were excellent. We bought two lower mileage vehicles and one was not available due some cosmetic damage being fixed although we were not told this in advance. When we left after Midnight I was surprised my Chevy Trailblazer only had a half of tank of gas, I had been focused on the negotiations and the car’s important details. Was very impressed with Bryan Goday who went out of his way to help along with most of the others we interacted with!

Not sure where to begin, from beginning to end this has
Not sure where to begin, from beginning to end this has been a pain in the xxx. Firstly I had to push for checks to actually be conducted on my car which was frustrating. After pushing the team came back to me saying a code came up on the computer which clearly shows that they hadn’t conducted those checks and only after I pushed they finally connected the OBD and codes came up. I was then told they couldn’t resolve any of the issues from the trunk opening when driving and also the usb ports completely stopping working momentarily with Bluetooth. As I told them it doesn’t happen on remote and it’s an issue that keeps happening. I was then told my phone isn’t compatible which is totally false and I’ve checked with a friend of mine who also works for Toyota out of state and he confirmed my phone is not the issue and that this just seems like laziness. In total my car has now been there nearly a month. I then went to pick my vehicle up on March 6th and noticed scratches and dents that were NOT there when I dropped my vehicle off and the reaction I received from Jarret was absolutely atrocious and disrespectful. Maybe somewhere along the line in the company log book he might have missed the conduct towards customers part. I pointed out the first scratch on the door and then the dent on the other side along side the second and third scratch and second dent. I proceeded to say how I expect my vehicle to be returned in the same condition if not better and I was told that in “taking advantage” and I proceeded to state that I am not trying to be difficult and Jarret told me “you are being difficult” which I replied with “that’s not how you speak to a customer, I expect my vehicle to not be damaged” . This whole experience was terrible and it’s a complete contrast to the way it is when it comes to purchasing the car, everyone is nice and kisses xxx but this here is a slap in the face that says “we already have your money, screw you and your car” extremely disappointed.

Dylan did a great job with me over the internet. He was with basicly with me the whole day as I searched many dealerships in a long process of finding my Tacoma. Not that he took long for me to finally get the price I was looking for. I was the one searching across 4 or 5 dealers to come to an agreement. Completely my fault for dragging him along. All the dealerships I dealt with in a full week of constantly searching for a Tacoma. Well let me tell you at least 6 dealerships would agree to meet my price only to get me there and add so much dealer mark-up that I would just get up from my chair and walk out in silence and go to the next dealer. There were a few handshakes also saying have a nice day. What a stressful ordeal. Had a dealership go so far as to tell me the salesperson that I talked to the night before my appointment has not worked there in at least a week instant red flag. Well I test drove vehicle and asked for the numbers that mattered to me. They came back with a outrageous price and I am trying to show them the email from the sales person that I talked to the night before. They were not having any of that. Saying we can not honor that quote. Ok but the number they came back with was $9000 more than my quote. Literally the markup was crazy and I let them know that and walked out. Sorry for the long review but my vehicle search was extremely stressful until I found Dylan I can not say enough of what it was to finally find a respectable dealership and salesperson that actually honored what was spoken. Thank you Al Hendrickson and everyone I had contact with at the dealership but thank you most of all DYLAN RICHARDSON for ending my torment.

I’m an experienced buyer and I was up front with your staff as a result we were able to purchase the vehicle easily. That being said, there were two issues. There were no sensors in the tires so my light came on to check air pressure as well as charging system. I had the vehicle checked out and confirmed that someone probably swapped wheels and never put in sensors. This didn’t show up because the codes were possibly erased and the reason they didn’t come on when we tested the vehicle.

They promised me a discount to compensate for their error, but they merely waived the cost of the sunroof an option that should have been included in the first place. They told me they would give me a discount on the license plates, yet they charged me the full amount through the financing. Finally, even after I had paid and finalized the deal, they still tried to charge me for the delivery of the car a service I had asked about right from the start to confirm whether it was provided free of charge.

The only person I thought did a good job was Rohan(?) I believe (he was in the office and did all of my paperwork with me.) He was awesome. The “insurance lady” was barely helpful, she watched as I spoke with my insurance company, then when I was finished, she was suddenly on a phone call and gave me a thumbs up so I knew I was done. No help on what or where I should go next. Now let’s talk about Chener. i came in and test drove the car, when I asked him about adaptive cruise control and something else, his answers were “it has everything.” I wasn’t ready to buy that day. I came back a few days later (Sunday on Labor Day weekend. I arrived at 4pm. The lobby was pretty crowded, I found him and he told me to have a seat. I got myself a cup of coffee. I watched as other salespeople got bottles of water for people. After 30 minutes, I saw him walk outside. I texted him to ask to please not forget about me. He showed up five or ten minutes later, got me a water and left again, Five or ten more minutes he came back and we started talking. Then we started with the back and forth with the finance guy. Finally he also came out and we came to a deal. I went in to do the paperwork. At some point, my license plate was given to Chener. When I was finished with everything, they rang the bell, which I only heard maybe two times during my 4 1/2 hour process. I should have been excited. When Chener took me out to my new car, he asked me for the license plate. I replied that I thought they had given it to him. After a few minutes he found it, and took me out to show me the car. He set me up with the app, but did not show me around the car at all. After he gave me the keys, he went to get a screwdriver to put the license plate on. Now my favorite part. He said I would receive a survey, but not to worry about filling it out if I didn’t want to because “if I clicked one or two things wrong, it would cost him.” I usually do not leave negative reviews, so I thought I probably would give him the benefit of the doubt. Then he called me after I was home to tell me he was not able to fill the gas tank. I believe he said “none of the cards were working.” That is when I thought I probably will do the survey. He told me to come in when the tank was empty and he would fill it. That’s nice, but I am not confident that will go smoothly or take me less than half an hour for $20 worth of gas, so I doubt I will bother. He has my phone number, I do not want a text or call from him, but I would accept a call from a manager.

There used to be a shuttle service to go somewhere else and wait (mall, restaurant, etc.). Now we were advised to take a cab at our expense.

I drove almost 5 hours and I asked the dealer to be honest with me before my trip to them to be honest with me if the car got any scratches or stains , they confirmed that it's in mint condition with no stains or scratches....I was shocked when I saw it..dents ,.scratches, birds dropping stain, the tires were not the same brand, it was just a big lie from them , I asked them to work with me on the price, they were so rude and they took advantage of me driving 5 hours to them , and they already know that the car is a gift for my daughter in her birthday (she is a cancer patient) , I ended up buying the car because I didn't have any other choice because her birthday was next day ...I gave her the car and I could see her looking at the defects on it but she showed me that she appreciated... I end up spending over $2000 to make the car as the condition as I expected.. Honestly I don't recommend this dealership to anyone, take your business to other dealership who appreciates you and your business.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your establishment, which I found to be both unprofessional and deeply concerning. Upon my arrival, I requested to speak with a Spanish-speaking representative. However, I was introduced to a sales representative who spoke Portuguese. As a result, there was a significant language barrier, and I was unable to understand much of what was communicated during our interaction. More disturbingly, I was shocked by the conduct of the sales representative. He spoke disparagingly about the staff member who initially greeted me, making derogatory comments and claiming many of his colleagues do not like to work and prefer to leave early. Furthermore, when I asked if he could run a credit check, I specifically asked four times if this would be a soft inquiry rather than a hard inquiry. Each time, he assured me it would not be a hard hit. The sales manager, Daniel, provided the same false assurance. Despite these repeated promises, a hard inquiry was performed on my credit. This dishonesty is completely unacceptable. To conclude the visit, the sales manager became aggressive when I decided not to move forward with a decision, and he refused to shake my hand when I departed. This is not how you build trust with new customers, and this will be the first and last time I visit this dealership. I expect a response regarding how this situation will be addressed, particularly concerning the unauthorized hard inquiry on my credit report.

Was offered 13k for a trade in. About half went to down payment for the truck I got and was continually told they were cutting the car price down.. which was very small amount. For the rest of the price to be an insane amount of dealer fees

Staff was completely unprofessional, passive aggressive
Staff was completely unprofessional, passive aggressive and rude. Denied me the right to speak to a manager. When I did speak to a manager, he stated he “did not want to hurt my feelings or upset me” when I tried to negotiate pricing. Completely inappropriate and unrelated to the deal. Salesperson quit through text, which caused me to be paired with a new salesperson and re-do paperwork. I was told different information in sales vs finance. Finance manager was not honest about warranty packages which caused price of vehicle to skyrocket. I had to go back 2 days later with reinforcement to make changes to contract and get a proper number. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism at a dealership in my life. Won’t be back and will NOT refer anyone to this dealership.

scammers, when buying a car, part of the deal was a gift
scammers, when buying a car, part of the deal was a gift of 4 new tires for the car, for which they also sold me a package for Al handricson for 3 thousand with the condition of providing new tires, not only did they inflate the price by almost 9 thousand, they also refused provide rubber, in a word the worst experience

I had a great purchasing experience and am satisfied with my car. There was a lot of quality inventory available for me to shop from and my sales rep helped me understand cost/monthly payment expectations appropriately. We test drove 2 vehicles and the sales rep provided me with details about each vehicle for my better understanding. Once car was selected, we moved over to the financing process, which was also smooth. I would shop with Al Hendrickson Pre-owned team again and refer others to use them for their car purchases.
