I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation but, the old sticker was left on my window and was not removed. I am not sure if the oil change was done. At least the car does not drive like an oil change was performed.

Overall service is good. However, when I advise an issue with the car they can never reproduce it and / or will provide an explanation that does not satisfy the issue reported. 2 examples from this visit:
1. Wind noise from passenger door when traveling at high way speeds 70+ miles per hour but does not always happen. Dealer - unable to reproduce.
2. Miles per tank. Advised that I was getting about 240 - 250 miles per tank when driving in the city. My 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Max Platinum should get City 26 MPG and Highway 27 MPG with a 17 gallon tank. I'm getting ... Read More DealerRater - Aug 10, 2026

Chelsea Allen was phenomenal service advisor! When I arrived, I was assigned Henry and was told drive up and he had come to the car. I waited in my vehicle for 30 mins, and no one attended my vehicle. I approached the counter and Henry was not to be seen. Due to my extended wait for a service advisor, I did consider taking my fleet vehicle elsewhere for business.

Always had great service when Mr Cobb was my advisor. This time I had someone new who attempted to heavily upsell me at the counter and later with a callback with hundreds more work to be done. I had my new car in for its 5,000-mile maintenance service. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to remove the pool equipment from the truck bed before my appointment. Most of the containers were empty, so I asked the technician if that would be an issue.

Walk-In for Oil change I walked in to have an oil change as the car was due for an oil change. Chelsea checked me and my car n, had it taken in for service, I waited in the waiting room. Chelsea came and got me when the service was completed. She brought the paperwork to the cashier with me. I paid the fee and got my car from the valet. It was a perfectly pleasant experience.
These guys are really the best. I went to multiple Toyota dealerships they treated me the best I had the best vehicles and the best deals. I would come back to Coconut Creek Toyota to buy my next vehicle 100%.

I've been coming there for the past 15+ years and my service rep was Jared. I found over the weekend that he is no longer there and the new service rep refused to rotate my tires because I have offroad wheels (which I had since day 1). Very disappointed and I wasted 1-hr driving back and forth. I will be taking my business to Delray Beach Toyota.

Basic oil, change, maintenance, tire rotation, etc. In-N-Out Had a very good experience with the dealership. They got me in and out and on my way, and took care of my needs.
My car was in for a 40000 mile checkup on July 12th which and I paid extra for something to do with induction. Five days later my battery died. I was stranded in a parking lot and luckily I had AAA and they came and replaced battery. This should not have happened and was terribly inconvenient. I would think that your service man would have checked my battery. What’s the point of me taking three hours out of my day and I end up with a dead battery! Not impressed.
2x been there no mention of oil change! More important than wheel alignment! First time a dealership didn’t offer at least one complimentary oil change with purchasing a vehicle!!

We set an appointment and after 2 hours my daughter called me asking me to pick her up that she had no status on her car which was only there for an oil change. She got so frustrated that she tried to get it back and cancel the appointment but when she did that they finally told her it was being worked on. Henry was very rude to her. What is the point of an appointment if you can't honor them. I can go to Jiffy Lube and get quicker service!!

I am requesting a refund of the $194.99 diagnostic charge from my recent visit.
I brought my vehicle in because the TPMS warning light was on. I already knew the issue was related to the tire pressure sensors. Instead of performing a meaningful diagnosis or identifying which specific sensor had failed, I was simply told that the TPMS sensors needed to be replaced.
